Back and Seat units unit with internal metal carcass 55 Kg / m3(ISO845) They are made of water-based polyurethane material in accordance with international non-flammability (ISO3795) and permanent defermosis (ISO1856) standards.
The back and seat units taken from hearts are covered with a complete fabric. When the seat unit is out of use, it can be closed with an internal spring system.
100% polyester fabrics with friction resistance and colorfastness properties of 1800-200 gr / m2, friction fastness above 30,000 cycles are used.
Interior metal carcass, fabric-covered decorative wooden box is used for the rails. The Polished Wood armrest unit is integrated onto the fully fabric-covered armrests.
Back and seat upholstery is built on specially shaped double steel profile carrier legs. Metal body welding processes are made by gas arc welding and continuous welding system is applied at the joints. All metal parts are painted with electrostatic powder paint of 80 micron ± 10 thickness.
